Events

How do I book my event?

To book space, either submit your event information through the form on our website or call Bayfront Landing directly at 814-455-1260. We will then provide information on how to best proceed.

Is there a deposit required and, if so, how do I make payment?

Terms and conditions can be individually discussed based on the event and venue.

Is there a fee for the space rental? Room rental fee?

Food & Beverage Services

Can I bring in outside catering or food from home?

We have an executive chef and culinary team, along with an onsite catering staff. We do not allow food to be brought in from outside.

What is your beverage and alcohol policy?

All beverage services must be purchased and provided from within our venue.

Who provides the food and beverage services?

We have a state-of-the-art kitchen with an executive chef and culinary food and beverage team to provide all your services. No outside food and beverages are permitted on the premises.

Can I customize my menu?

A private meeting with our executive chef and team can be scheduled to discuss pricing according to time and menu.

Equipment & Decorating

What equipment do you provide and how much does it cost?

We have a full menu of rentable equipment, including audio/visual, tables, chairs, linens, skirts, pipe and drape, dance floors, etc. For more information, please call us directly.

Do you allow outside audio/visual equipment to be brought in?

Any outside equipment and service providers must be approved by venue management. Please allow your event coordinator to assist you with your request.

What are my decorating options?

All décor is the sole responsibility of the client. We work well with a variety of decorator services that we can provide contact information for, or you can decorate yourself. Please note that the venues do not provide or place decorations or meeting materials. Any and all outside services must be reviewed with and approved by venue management. Please call your event coordinator to assist you with more information. Refer to the Event Planning Guide for additional information.

Do you allow candles?

Open-flame candles are not allowed. If you would like the ambiance of candles for your event, they need to be LED. Special exceptions must be approved by your event manager. For more information on rules and regulations, refer to our Event Planning Guide.

Miscellaneous

Is there a charge for parking?

Parking at the Bayfront Convention Center is complimentary with your event. Parking garages at the Sheraton Erie Bayfront Hotel and Courtyard Marriot Hotel are an additional cost.
